This website is operated by JP.Milton Limited (“JP.Milton”, “we”, “us” or “our”). JP.Milton Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in Hong Kong (Company No. 80980535; Business Registration Certificate No. 80980535-000-08-26-1). Its registered office is at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. 2. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website. By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

3. An information website

3.1 This website provides information about JP.Milton and its activity. It does not sell goods or services, and nothing on it is an offer to sell any product.

3.2 Our products are sold only through our brands' online stores. Each purchase is governed by the terms of sale and the delivery, returns and privacy policies of the store where it is made. Those documents identify the seller and should be read before buying. These Terms of Use do not apply to purchases.

3.3 Nothing on this website is an offer of shares or other securities in the company, or an invitation to invest in it.

3.4 Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

4. Information on this website

4.1 We take care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate at the date of publication, and we revise it when our business changes. It describes how we operate and how we intend to operate.

4.2 Statements about our plans or intentions reflect those intentions at the date of publication. They are not promises, forecasts or guarantees, and our actual activity may differ.

4.3 Banks, payment institutions and other partners who need to rely on information about the company should rely on the documents we provide to them directly. They may also ask us to confirm the relevant information in writing.

5. Permitted use

You may view, download and print pages of this website for your own information or for internal business purposes. This includes a due-diligence review of JP.Milton by a bank, payment provider or business partner. You must not modify the pages, and you must keep any copyright and other proprietary notices.

• submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organisation; or
• present yourself as JP.Milton or as acting on its behalf, or use our name to request payments or personal information.

7.1 The JP.Milton name and logo, and the text, images, graphics and layout of this website, are owned by or licensed to JP.Milton Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use the content of this website, or use our name or logo, without our prior written consent. This does not apply to use permitted by section 5 or by law.

8. Messages you send us

8.1 By sending us a message, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us.

8.2 Please do not send confidential information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it on a confidential basis, and do not send sensitive personal data. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, a proposal or idea that you send us is not treated as confidential. It does not create any obligation or commercial relationship between us.

8.3 We are not obliged to reply to every message, in particular to unsolicited commercial proposals.

8.4 Personal data contained in your message is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fraud and impersonation

JP.Milton will never ask you to make a payment to a personal account or to an account not held in the name of JP.Milton Limited. It will never change its payment details by email alone. JP.Milton does not raise money from the public and does not offer investments, franchises, business opportunities, courses or coaching. If you receive a request or an offer of this kind in our name, do not act on it. Please report it to us through the contact form.

10. Links to other websites

This website may link to our brand stores, which are governed by their own terms and policies, and to websites operated by third parties. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the website concerned.

11. Availability

The website is provided free of charge. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time.

12. Our liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nor does it exclude or limit any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

12.2 Section 12.1 always applies. Subject to it, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the website is provided for information only. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on its content, unless that loss is caused by our negligence or by our breach of these Terms.

12.3 If you use the website for business purposes, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The version published when you use the website applies to that use.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. So is any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, including non-contractual disputes or claims.

14.2 The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

14.3 If you are a consumer living outside Hong Kong, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country where its law allows.

15. General

• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver: a delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
• Third-party rights: no person other than you and JP.Milton has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce these Terms.
• Language: these Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
